Additionally, front-drive and all-wheel-drive Taos models feature different rear suspensions: the former utilizes a torsion-beam setup, while the latter employs a more advanced multilink design. Despite these differences, acceleration performance between the two drivetrains is nearly identical, with the front-wheel-drive Taos edging out the 4Motion variant by just a tenth of a second in the 0-60 mph sprint.
